The Arlington Education Association Political Action Committee (A-PAC) is the political affiliate of the Arlington Education Association. By interviewing and then recommending candidates to our members, A-PAC works to assure that committee members have a voice for students and schools in the political process in Arlington County.
A-PAC Endorses James Lander for Re-election to School Board
A-PAC, the political affiliate of the Arlington Education Association, has recommended James Lander for re-election to the Arlington School Board. The committee believes that Mr. Lander's experience as the senior member of the board will be of great benefit as APS continues to grow into a much larger school district. A-PAC further believes that his knowledge of the process of working with the County Board, and his relationships with County Board members will help APS navigate the resource allocation demands of increasing enrollment.
James Lander has been a strong partner in assuring that APS continues to serve all students in our community. We at A-PAC look forward to continuing our partnership with him during the next four years.

A-PAC Endorses Peter Fallon for Election to County Board
A-PAC, the political affiliate of the Arlington Education Association, has recommended Peter Fallon for the open seat on the Arlington County Board. Mr. Fallon's positions on addressing school capacity issues and overall schools funding resonated with the interview committee. He also demonstrated indepth knowledge on a broad range of issues facing Arlington County.
Peter Fallon is a strong advocate for our students and schools, and A-PAC is confident we will be well served by having him on the county board.
